The purchase of all DrawTech® products includes 6-months of technical support*
and product upgrades as applicable. The DrawTech® Annual Service plans were developed to provide our customers with on-going support
and assistance after the initial warranty period. Purchase of Annual Service Plans extend support for an additional year
and provide the following additional incentives. All service plans are billed annually.
*DrawTech™ Lite is limited to 90 days initial support

- Manufacturer file updates as released. These files contain information
for spiral, fire

- Discounts on the purchase of new software products as they become
available (this excludes additional seats of the DrawTech™ Ductwork System)
- Discount of 20% on additional training days at the DrawTech, Inc. site
- Discount of 20% on additional training days at the customers site.
